Living in Diamond Bar since she was just 10 years old, Ling-Ling Chang has never really known any place other than Diamond Bar as home.
That is what has always pushed her to take an active role in trying to make the City a better place to live.
As a Water Board Member, she's always insisted on the highest standards for clean drinking water, while having never supported an increase in the rates you pay.
As a Teacher, Ling-Ling runs the Youth Science Center where she's been able to provide math and science education to thousands of area students.
And as an active community leader, she is the immediate past Chair of the Diamond Bar Community Foundation.
Ling-Ling stays active in the City for a simple reason: to make the only place she's ever called home an even better place to live.
