Diamond Bar Roots
Since she was just 10 years old, Diamond Bar is really the only place
Ling-Ling has ever called home. She grew up attending Diamond Bar
schools, having gone to Castle Rock Elementary, Chaparral Middle School,
and graduating from Diamond Bar High School. And after leaving for a
short while to attend college, Ling-Ling immediately moved back after
graduation to come back home to Diamond Bar where she still calls home.
Since moving home, Ling-Ling has been very active in the community. She
runs the Youth Science Center, which teaches math and science programs
to thousands of students.
She is the Chair of the Diamond Bar Community Foundation, and previously
served as a City Commissioner.
Ling-Ling is also an elected Member of the Walnut Valley Water Board.
